Estamos um busca de uma pessoa de Analista Suprimentos, que será responsável por Compras e negociações para o Projeto CISC Trem 2, da Refinaria Abreu e Lima, empresa da PETROBRAS, onde atenderá todas as necessidades e demandas para a operação e execução do projeto, sendo almoxarifado, gestão de estoque, logística. Será responsável por desenvolver e implementar estratégias de compra, negociar contratos e gerir os processos de suprimentos, com o objetivo de obter melhores condições comerciais, de preço, prazo e qualidade para a empresa, analisando o mercado, seleção de fornecedores, cotações, emissão de pedidos, acompanhamento de entregas e, muitas vezes, mentoria de compradores menos experientes. Responsabilidades: Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para otimizar os processos de almoxarifado, gestão de estoque, logística, alinhando-os com os objetivos da empresa e buscando redução de custos. Identificar, avaliar e selecionar fornecedores estratégicos, negociar contratos de longo prazo e construir relacionamentos sólidos para garantir o cumprimento das condições comerciais acordadas. Realizar cotações de preços e serviços, negociando as melhores condições de preço, prazo de pagamento e entrega para aquisições de média e alta complexidade. Gerenciar todo o ciclo de compra, desde a requisição até o recebimento do produto ou serviço, incluindo a emissão de pedidos e o acompanhamento do fluxo de entrega. Profissionais com sólida experiência no setor de Compras. Suportar a gerência da área de Suprimentos no atendimento da Fiscalização do contrato PETROBRAS; Atender ás demandas da Fiscalização, participando de reuniões de gestão e trabalhando no registro de dados e informações, emissão de relatórios e reportes locais e regionais; Atendimento à demandas logísticas, contratação de transportadoras, reporte de indicadores, acompanhamento e diligenciamento de materiais; Requisitos: Formação em Administração, Logística, Supply Chain, Economia ou áreas afins; Experiência sólida em compras técnicas, negociação, contratos, Sistema ERP/SAP; Habilidades: Conhecimento em negociação, análise de dados, planejamento de compras e gestão de contratos; Inglês intermediário/avançado - mandatário Espanhol Básico, seria diferencial; Diferencial será pós-graduação ou especialização na área, conhecimento de gestão de projetos, conhecimentos de comércio exterior.
