We are looking for an Analog/mixed-signal IC designer with in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art analog IC design & verification tools. DESCRIPTION

In this role, the key responsibilities are the following but not limited to: - Development of high performance analog mixed-signal IPs - Generate all relevant circuit views for a complex design flow e.g.Verilog-A models, timing views - Run post-layout simulations and validate top level-integration - Drive the layout activities - Review lab measurements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deep knowledge of transistor operation and device physics as applied to analog design
  • In depth knowledge designing building blocks like OTAs, OpAmps, PTATs, BGRs, LDOs
  • Deep knowledge of mixed-signal design techniques e.g. small-signal analysis, feedback loop theory, noise analysis
  • Knowledge of High-speed interface architectures and designs and related sub-blocks like transmitters , receivers , PLLs , DLLs, phase interpolators , CDRs
  • Good understanding of device physics and impact on analog circuits and techniques to improve performance.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in mixed-signal design verification
  • Broad knowledge of Matlab and Verilog-A modelling
  • Experience in scripting languages to automate simulation & verification tasks e.g. Python, Tcl would be desire
  • Extensive experience on the field and working experience on HBM and LPW memory interfaces is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English language is required
