Our product portfolio covers a wide range of emerging technologies from photonic integrated circuits to advanced optical systems and embedded software solutions. Our optical communications systems are integrated and deployed in satellite communications systems. The work is exciting and challenging and is at the forefront of the technology domains. As part of our expansion, we are currently looking for a suitably motivated - Analog IC Designer - to join our group.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analog Integrated Circuit Design Engineer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the design, simulation, and verification of analog circuits for both integrated circuits (ICs) and photonic chips. You will play a key role in developing high-speed, low-power solutions that enable the seamless integration of electronic and optical functionalities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of two rapidly evolving fields, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in photonics and electronics.

Responsibilities
  • Design, simulate, and verify a wide range of analog circuits for high-speed ICs and photonic integrated circuits (PICs), including but not limited to:

    • Transimpedance Amplifiers (TIAs)

    • Limiting Amplifiers
    • Laser and modulator drivers
    • High-speed data converters (ADCs/DACs)
    • Voltage and current references, Bandgap references
    • Low-noise amplifiers (LNAs)
    • Power management units (PMUs)
    • Collaborate closely with photonic device engineers to understand device characteristics and optimize analog circuit performance for seamless integration.
    • Work with digital and mixed-signal design teams to define interfaces and ensure proper system functionality.
    • Conduct comprehensive simulations to ensure circuit performance, stability, and robustness across process, voltage, and temperature variations.
    • Develop and implement test plans for characterization and validation of analog circuits in both IC and PIC environments.
    • Perform layout supervision and contribute to layout optimization for critical analog blocks.
    • Contribute to defining architecture and specifications for future products.
    • Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog IC design, integrated photonics, and relevant industry standards.
    • Document design specifications, simulation results, and test reports thoroughly.
