Analog / RF&mmWave Senior Principal Test Engineer Ready to join the future of innovation? Significant technical challenges must be overcome to make these products a reality and this journey will provide a truly rewarding experience. We are looking for an AMS, RF&mmWave TEST ENGINEER. In this exciting role, you will be part of a team in charge of the development of Industrial Test Solutions for Mass production. Your Responsibilities: You will be developing industrial test solutions (hardware and software) for mass production and support the design team during the development phase of new products. You will be accountable for driving your deliverables to timely completion with the high quality expected by our customers. Balancing electrical performance, time-to-market, quality, and cost is the daily challenge you embrace. You will be involved from the very beginning of the specification and design of the product. Based on your inputs, Design for Test features will be implemented to make sure we can achieve the expected performances and quality levels at the lowest cost. As the project progresses, you will develop the test strategy and associated test programs and ATE hardware. In close cooperation with all functions in the team, you will prepare your test setup for the formal product qualification and release into mass production. You have excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across organizational and geographical boundaries. You used to make timely decisions in face of incomplete information, managing risks and setting priorities driven by business impact. You have the passion for innovation, the desire to challenge yourself and want to put your creativity in enabling our profitable growth by providing state-of-the-art industrial test solutions for our new products. Your profile: More than 10 years of Analog, RF/mmW test development experience using ATE-systems (Advantest & Smartest8 experience is a plus) Experience in Analog, RF/mmW PCB design for developing ATE loadboard as well as contacting technology selection. knowledge in Analog, RF/ mmW measurement techniques, design for testability, (Digital & High-speed digital experience is a plus) Familiar with quality screening techniques Fluency in English language both oral and written and skills to operate in a global environment with multiple partners in US, Europe and Asia Strong Team Player with leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills Organizes, plans and controls tasks by defined objectives Balances strategic vision with strong execution Ability to represent technical expertise outside own organization More information about NXP in France... #LI-7795 NXP Semiconductors N.V.
