Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and maintain fulfillment KPIs, including data analysis and performance reporting Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, and issue resolution Lead weekly coordination meetings with VMI hubs to address operational issues and verify billing accuracy Facilitate weekly/monthly carrier review meetings, including issue tracking and documentation of meeting minutes Manage customs clearance matters in collaboration with carriers and the Finance team, ensuring compliance with legal and local regulatory requirements Review order status and inventory transactions within the ERP system, coordinating issue resolution with relevant stakeholders Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities Support internal and external audit activities Develop and maintain Work Instructions (WI) for systems and operational processes Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system and process enhancement projects Core Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, customer-focused, resourceful, and results-driven Ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines while achieving departmental KPIs Capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations or a related discipline SKILLS: Strong system proficiency and data analysis capability, including experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud Supply Chain preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience in import and export clearance and customs declaration preferred Proven experience working within international or cross-functional teams Demonstrated reliability with strong attendance and punctuality Additional Information #LI-UJ1 WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
