Job Description Handle end-to-end import transactions and ensure accurate, compliant documentation. Coordinate with buyers and 3PL to monitor shipment status and ensure smooth customs clearance. Verify purchase orders and maintain accurate records for all related systems. Prepare and process import permits through the e-IP system. Monitor, update, and distribute daily import status reports to relevant stakeholders. Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes. Support the Supervisor and other departments to ensure efficient and uninterrupted import operations. Qualifications A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration. Conversant with customs and PEZA import processing, including import documentation, e-IP system processing, permit applications, shipment monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
