Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Responsibilities Monitor, analyze, and enhance fulfillment KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities to drive operational performance Coordinate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, and issue resolution Facilitate weekly operational review meetings, including issue tracking and billing validation Lead weekly and monthly carrier performance review meetings, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up on action items Manage customs clearance matters in coordination with carriers and Finance, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Guide, coach, and develop team members to maintain efficient and effective operations Conduct ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement Support global projects and lead/participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives Partner with IT teams to implement system enhancements and improve operational effectiveness Identify process optimization opportunities and lead cost-saving initiatives Core Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and thai, with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proactive self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision Customer-focused, resourceful, and results-driven mindset Ability to consistently meet daily and weekly deadlines while achieving departmental KPIs Capable of managing multiple priorities and performing effectively under pressure Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations or a related field SKILLS: Strong system proficiency and data analytics capability, including hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud Supply Chain preferred) Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience in import/export clearance and customs declaration preferred Demonstrated experience analyzing large data sets, mapping business processes, and gathering/documenting business and system requirements Experience working within international and cross-functional teams Proven reliability with strong attendance and punctuality Additional Information Western Digital thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
