Job Description Assist in developing and executing strategies to help financial and non-financial clients increase their payment volumes, grow new payment areas, and expand their customer base through new card issuance or acceptance partnerships. Help nurture strong working relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client and partner organizations to promote Visa’s products and services. Contribute to building business cases, forecasting revenue, and supporting deal structuring and execution. Help track financial performance and ensure alignment with internal budgeting processes. Keep account plans updated and ensure visibility of the sales pipeline to support business development and client engagement efforts. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new business and product opportunities, support proposal development, and assist in preparing materials for client meetings and internal reviews. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications What you will need: Minimum 5 years in the payments industry, ideally in sales or relationship management within Corporate or SME sectors. Prior experience as a credit card product management within a financial institution advantageous Strong financial & analytical skills with a keen eye for data extraction, manipulation, and insight development with limited data Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Self-starter with a positive, flexible mindset and the ability to lead change in dynamic environments.
