POSITION SUMMARY

The Analyst, Accounts Payable has a pivotal role in the Finance department and the overall company, collaborating closely with both vendors and internal business partners, ensuring tax compliance, assisting with payment cycles, managing month-end closing responsibilities, and addressing aged invoices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years work experience in Accounts Payable
• Month End Close, Aging, and Account Reconciliation experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of VLOOKUPS and preferably pivot tables.
• Ability to execute multiple projects, simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with a web-based invoicing payment system

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years work experience in Accounts Payable
• Previous work experience in public company is a plus
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Experience working with an ERP system, NetSuite and/or SAP S/4HANA
• Concur Invoicing and purchase order experience
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of his/her work product

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience
