Overview We are hiring an Analyst to Finance process for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of business, products, and services within SWISS business. The invoicing, creating ledger entries, reconciliation of revenue tasks direct clients per SWISS guidelines. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the policy life cycle, and the various actions required for New Business/Renewals, Mid-Term Adjustments, recovery and highlighting any discrepancies. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Manage Book of accounts, create ledger entries and perform match exercise on daily basis Perform regular reconciliations for brokerage and accounts receivable, resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with financial standards Create, verify, and issue invoices, coordinate with clients & insurers for timely payments, and maintain organized invoicing records Suggest and implement improvements to accounting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance Assist in preparing financial reports, analyze financial data, and support audits with necessary documentation Work on any ad-hoc activities shared by stakeholders. Coordinate closely with brokers to ensure smooth processing of all transactions, maintaining clear communication and addressing issues promptly Ability to think critically and make sound judgments based on the evidence presented. Understanding of best practices in business processes and quality assurance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality and compliance objectives. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance audit effectiveness Publish dashboards to suggest the improvement in matched and unmatched revenues. About you Qualifications: Minimum 3+ year of experience of Quality Analysis in Insurance domain & reconciliation process Graduate in Finance/Accounting or Postgraduate with any Specialization Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage.
