ING Australia’s Wholesale Bank is looking to hire an Analyst – Acquisition Finance to be based in our Sydney office. As an Analyst in our Acquisition Finance team (“AF”), you’ll be joining a global platform of professionals in offices across Europe, the US and APAC. AF is a market leading arranger and underwriter of leveraged loans backing buyouts by some of the largest top tier global private equity funds. Our market leading and growing AF team in APAC consists of 7 professionals located across Sydney and Singapore working together to cover all relevant deals across the APAC region. AF is responsible for leveraged loan transactions and coverage of global and regional private equity funds operating in Asia and Australia. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the attitude and skillset to be part of a highly dynamic and driven team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment gaining exposure to live deals, working directly with senior bankers in the industry. You’ll develop deep expertise in financial modelling, credit analysis, transaction structuring and execution. We are looking for candidates with 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in leveraged finance or related financial services.
