Job Description -The role involves setting and monitoring monthly benchmark and crediting rates, analyzing deviation against Board Criteria and preparing materials for the NGE committee meetings.-Preparing detailed reports for the transfers of funds from Separate A/c to General A/c, ensuring accuracy.-Demonstrate strong understanding of life and annuity product features.-Facilitate effective communication across cross functional teams to ensure alignment. Streamline business processes, with an emphasis on automation and maintainability. Develop documentation around the existing processes-Tools: Excel and VBA Qualifications A graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or Actuarial from reputed institute. Good knowledge of US Life insurance, annuity or pension products Knowledge of US regulations Strong analytical ability Excellent oral and written communication skills. CFA / FRM will be added advantage.
