Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares complete and accurate work and update documents and records in day to day transactions • Coordinates and update requestor with the request status • Daily coordination with building administrator for various facility matters • Preparation of gate passes and permits in all forms of work that incudes: - Items and work specifications - Work methodology preparation - Details of workers and, - Prepares letter of request • Weekly reporting for the office setup, repair and replacement update for the identified and health hazards Skills and Qualifications ▪ Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree in Civil Engineering, Admin Management or equivalent. ▪ With at least 6 months of working experience on general administrative works, and facilities experience in BPO setup or Construction company ▪ Excellent written and verbal communications skills ▪ Strong interpersonal skills ▪ Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organizations, clients and external agencies.
