EDUCATION

EDU: Graduation with a bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in commerce, business administration, economics, international trade, statistics, accounting, or any other field relevant to the position or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

EXPERIENCE

EXP1: Experience providing advice and recommendations to senior management or adjudicators.
EXP2: Experience in conducting searches and/or investigations.
EXP3: Experience in analyzing statistical or financial data to produce analytical reports.
EXP4: Experience in using Microsoft Excel tools (data manipulation, combination charts, pivot tables, formulas, and/or other analytical tools in Excel).

ABILITIES

A1: Ability to conduct in-depth analysis of complex* economic and financial data.
A2: Ability to plan, design and implement data collection strategies.
A3: Ability to lead projects.
A4: Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
A5: Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

EDUCATION

AEDU: Graduation with a master’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in economics, statistics, or any other field relevant to the position to be staffed, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in a related field.

EXPERIENCE

AEXP1: Experience in designing surveys or questionnaires.
AEXP2: Experience working as an advisor or researcher in a quasi-judicial or legal environment (e.g.: tribunal, court, commission, board, law or notaries firm).
AEXP3: Experience advising on anti-dumping / countervailing matters.
Degree equivalency
