YOUR TASKS:

• Allocation Optimization:
• Develop and evaluate optimization potentials for allocations using advanced allocation tools such as IBM CPLEX Solver.
• Provide data-driven suggestions to enhance cross-departmental planning and logistics across regions.
• Supply Chain Analysis:
• Identify and evaluate weaknesses within the supply chain network across various goods types (e.g., finished product flows to customers, intercompany finished product flows, raw material intercompany flows).
• Propose and implement strategies to address these weaknesses, ensuring efficiency and reliability in the supply chain.
• Scheduling Process Optimization:
• Serve as a key reference for the Group’s scheduling processes, leveraging the Cyberplan tool to optimize allocations.
• Balance trade-offs between setup costs and service levels while improving material planning processes.
• Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of scheduling tools and methodologies.
• Integrated Business Planning (IBP):
• Support and execute the IBP preparation process for production planning.Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment and seamless integration into overall business goals.
