This position is highly suited for a proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for learning how a fast-paced fintech business operates

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, hybrid out of our Downtown, Vancouver office.

The successful candidate will complete training on a Monday to Friday schedule during their first few months. Upon completion of training, the role will transition to a regular Saturday to Wednesday schedule, including weekend and statutory holiday coverage as assigned.

  • Deliver prompt, clear, and professional responses to client queries in strict accordance with company guidelines.
  • Guide clients through platform troubleshooting, provide accurate product information, and resolve common onboarding or setup issues.
  • Record, track, and manage client requests within our internal ticketing system, ensuring accurate routing and escalation.
  • Take full ownership of client requests and operational tasks from initial receipt through to successful resolution.
