Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all CRESA balance sheet items.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly GLAO sign-offs & monthly rent roll & account receivable submission
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly financial reviews for corporate landlords.
  • Support the annual budget and forecast preparation for corporate landlords and group occupancy.
  • Coordinate SCM collection efforts for timely and accurate submissions.
  • Prepare and review monthly recurring and project-related accruals.
  • Assist with various CRESA finance initiatives, including financial modeling, real estate metrics development, and financial harmonization. This may involve developing or enhancing tools and processes using coding languages or scripting tools.
  • Track capital and project expenditures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting or business management roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in corporate real estate, MIS reporting, and financial planning is preferred.
  • Coding knowledge (e.g., Python, R, VBA, SQL) or a strong willingness to learn is a plus.
