Compensation The salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York. This salary range may also be modified in the future. About the Role: LS Power is seeking an Investor Relations (IR) Analyst or Associate to support its private investments business. The Analyst or Associate would be in a non-sales, project management role supporting investor materials, fundraising, social media, and more. This is an opportunity to join a highly visible and dynamic team, interacting with multiple parts of the organization at all levels. The successful candidate will have outstanding project management skills including writing, data management and analysis, research, creative design, and an extraordinary ability to continually manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will enjoy exercising both the technical and creative parts of their brain. Responsibilities What you will do: Craft compelling materials (pitchbooks, annual meeting materials, due diligence questionnaires, etc.) to target different audiences Apply critical thinking skills to identify and source data, and distill information effectively to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand fashion Collaborate closely with various teams throughout the organization including Accounting, Compliance, Energy Management, Human Resources, Investment Team, Legal, Operations, etc. Maintain the integrity of CRM systems, databases, and other platforms as well as improve their functionality Coordinate conference appearances and meeting logistics Maintain website (basic knowledge of Wordpress is a plus) Develop and track various data metrics and other support materials utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Assist with press releases and support materials for various business groups Qualifications We want you on our team because you… Are intellectually curious by nature Have an advanced capacity to learn quickly and apply knowledge through different mediums Have advanced writing skills and can convey stories in a concise and compelling way Possess intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have additional familiarity with Intralinks, Responsive AI, Dealcloud, Canva, Vimeo, and Wordpress Are a critical thinker with the ability to analyze data and solve problems Are highly organized and detail oriented Are able to work on a number of simultaneous projects and can manage shifting priorities in a demanding environment Enjoy using creative elements in writing and graphics Have a highly collaborative attitude and enjoy a team-oriented environment Thrive in a high functioning, dynamic environment Have an adaptable style and are decisive and agile Demonstrate sound judgment and communicate with maturity, credibility and clarity Have a background in power and energy infrastructure sector with experience in investment banking, private equity, or research with a focus on project management or client support roles Have 2-5 years (Analyst) / 4-7 years (Associate) experience Bachelor’s degree (coursework in marketing, math, finance, accounting, communications/writing is highly desirable)
