ABOUT THE ATLANTA DREAM

The Atlanta Dream is a WNBA team based in Atlanta, Georgia. This year marks our 18th year in the league, and 2025 is our fourth year with new ownership, new leadership, and a commitment to building the best franchise in the WNBA. We celebrate diversity, represent Atlanta, reward innovation and imagination and aim to empower women both on and off the court.

"THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN ANTICIPATED END DATE OF DECEMBER 31, 2025"

The Atlanta Dream is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst, reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence and Digital Strategy, to power our next phase of fan engagement and revenue growth. This position will design, develop, and maintain the data infrastructure and reporting capabilities that drive decision-making across the organization. You’ll transform raw data into clear, actionable insights—fueling ticket sales, e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and game-day operations.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced sports environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about turning numbers into narratives. You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, ticketing, partnerships, and operations to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and strategically applied. If you have a passion for sports marketing, data storytelling, and building scalable analytics solutions, this role is for you.
