Working collaboratively with the Change Analyst, you will be looking for common patterns and questions – performing root cause analysis to understand why and find solutions to remove the issues. You will undertake configuration and data changes to applications, in order to support BAU and project-based activity – assisting in the creation of training materials to assist project delivery or issue resolution.

If you’re passionate about driving forward change and keen to work in a forward-thinking environment, you could be the perfect fit. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience of change management including triaging/management of customer requests, customer communication and creating support or training documentation
• Experience of software systems and how they drive and enable change through the software lifecycle
• Experience of working on multiple workstreams

• Excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and targets
