WE’RE INTERESTED IN HEARING FROM PEOPLE WHO VALUE

  • 1-3 years’ experience preferably but not exclusively in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Data extraction and transformation preferably but not exclusively using SQL, Alteryx and Python
  • Problem solving skills with ability to draw insights from data and market trends
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong sense of initiative, curiosity and an ability to prioritise tasks
  • Business partnering and influencing skills
  • Higher tertiary education in a related field; Accounting, Commerce, Law, Finance, Actuarial, Financial Mathematics, Financial Statistics, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Month end processes and reporting to the Group Treasurer, Group CFO and Group CRO
  • Analysis and insights on the Group’s Balance Sheet, credit risk weighted assets, credit models, data inputs and regulatory interpretations
  • Peer benchmarking
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Change initiatives including impact assessments for regulatory and model changesAutomation and continuous improvement of processes
