Job Title Analyst, Captial Markets - Logistics & Industrial Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Analyst to join our Capital Markets Logistics & Industrial team in Melbourne. This role provides critical analytical and marketing support to senior team members. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting property market data to deliver actionable insights. You will play a key role in supporting revenue generation and helping to grow our national logistics and industrial platform. Job Description Key Responsibilities Source, collect, and collate sales evidence nationally Analyse market data for inclusion in reports and presentations Maintain property, company, and contact databases Undertake property-level cashflow modelling Draft and produce detailed property marketing reports Prepare advertising material for press and online campaigns Contribute to high-quality pitch documents for major assets Manage due diligence queries and provide timely responses Collaborate with internal teams including brokers, research, valuation, and marketing About You Degree qualified in Property, Business, Economics, or Finance (or related discipline) Experience in a similar Analyst role, or as an Assistant Valuer/Valuer Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Basic financial modelling knowledge Strong organisational and database management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks Exposure to the industrial property market and/or valuations will be highly regarded Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
