This role encompasses extracting and analysing data from company systems to produce accurate, client-ready reports and presentations. Take ownership of report quality, ensuring all outputs meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and visual presentation. Continuously improve reporting workflows and data processes to strengthen team efficiency and support business and client needs. · Extract data from internal systems and perform rigorous QC checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency, addressing any discrepancies or errors. · Produce clear and accurate media analysis reports, using PowerPoint and strong data visualization skills to simplify complex data and turn findings into meaningful insights for internal stakeholders and clients. · Collaborate with team members across various departments to understand and meet reporting needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports. · Write effective prompts and work closely with AI tools to support data analysis, streamline reporting, and improve the quality and efficiency of output · Continuously seek to enhance data extraction reporting processes, and visualization methods, keeping abreast of industry trends and tools.
