The team consists of several areas of specialisation including: * Transaction Management & Support * Investment Operations & Client Service * Investment Risk & Execution Oversight * Business Transformation * Investment Accounting & Tax Services * Implementation * Information Technology   The Role The Analyst, Client Service position is at the forefront of the operational client experience at IFM. The Analyst position, based in Melbourne, works with other members of the Client Service team globally to support the management of the end-to-end client experience. The Client Service team is responsible for providing proactive, client centric service to clients and their related parties ensuring that clients have a positive and seamless experience. This role combines customer service with financial expertise, often acting as a bridge between the client and the technical aspects of investment operations. This role involves ensuring the efficient processing of client requests and collaborating with various internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues.  Additionally, the role will support the design, build, and delivery of client reporting needs globally as well as meeting IFM’s management reporting requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Support the timely delivery of capital call and distribution notices to our clients to ensure seamless capital movements * Support the timely delivery of client reporting, management reporting, regulatory reporting and audit confirmations to our stakeholders, ensuring that any related queries are addressed swiftly and effectively * Collaborate with internal teams (Global Client Solutions, Investment Accounting, Data Capability, etc.) and other key stakeholders across IFM on queries related to operational activities i.e., Funds under management (FUM), capital activity, and fee & expense reporting * Perform high quality checking and oversight of own work and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverables * Assist in identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction, with a focus on streamlining client reports * Support projects and initiatives of the team and the wider business, as necessary   Your Background and Experience * 3-5 years’ experience within financial services/asset management, with experience in Client Service or Investor Relations * Direct experience in a client-facing role is a plus  * Familiarity of Fund Accounting and/or Performance Analytics functions highly advantageous  * Experience with investor reporting is a plus  * Proven ability to champion the criticality of quality client outcomes to important internal stakeholders * Ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders * Tertiary qualification in Business/Management/Financial Services or other relevant areas * Demonstrated experience handling large datasets * In depth knowledge of Salesforce * Understanding of current global regulatory environment and requirements * Ability to successfully communicate (written and verbal) technical financial and investment related content * Strong working knowledge of MS suite including excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI   Ready to invest in what matters?
