We are seeking a proactive and strategic Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) Analyst to partner closely with business leaders and key stakeholders across Hong Kong. This role will report to the International CSP Manager for Hong Kong and plays a critical part in shaping and executing people strategies, talent initiatives, culture and engagement programs, and CEG projects that support both the Hong Kong market strategy and broader Global CEG priorities. As a trusted advisor, you will combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities to support the Intl CSP Manager to deliver impactful people solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environment. You will leverage data, business insights, and market intelligence to help leaders build high-performing teams and create exceptional colleague experience.
