TD Commercial Banking services the unique needs of Canadian businesses, customizing a broad range of products. As part of the Commercial Banking team the Analyst Commercial Banking will provide credit writing support to a Relationship Manager who is the face of the Bank to our customers. The position reports to a Manager Commercial Credit who will coordinate workflow and provide coaching on credit structure, pricing, and presentation.
Job Description :
The Analyst Commercial Banking works on a two-person team with a Relationship Manager. Together, they jointly manage a portfolio of approximately 60 mid-market accounts with a moderate to high level of complexity. The Analyst completes necessary due diligence and produces reviews and risk ratings that reflect knowledge of Bank policies and procedures. Trends and conditions of accounts are pro-actively monitored and action plans are developed for problem situations. The position delivers consistent and timely service to customers and assists the Commercial Banking management team in resolving customer problems with an innovative approach.

In addition to your undergraduate degree in business or relevant professional designation, you ideally have 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Account Manager in a business or banking environment. Alternatively, you may have experience in another profession that supports the needs of business and are looking for an opportunity to add value from a different perspective. You have well developed analytical, and relationship management skills and look forward to developing them further in this role.
