Description
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Commercial Strategy & Proposal Analyst to be a pivotal part of our pricing and solutioning team. This role goes beyond calculation; you will be instrumental in transforming complex financial models into compelling, client-facing proposals and clear, persuasive narratives for internal decision-makers. Working directly with the Commercial and Business Development Team, you will manage the analytical foundation of our deals. Your core mission will be to support not just the calculation of the price, but the strategic presentation of the solution. This is an ideal role for an analytical thinker with strong communication skills who wants to build a career at the intersection of finance, strategy, and sales. Responsibilities: Analysis & Financial Modeling: Accurately populate pricing models with client data, performing validation checks to ensure data integrity. Run financial scenarios and simulations to model the impact of commercial decisions during client negotiations. Maintain periodic backchecks on deal performance with details from submitted proposals. Proposal Development & Strategic Communication: Interpret and translate outputs from the pricing model into clear, concise materials for management and client proposals. Assist in crafting the commercial narrative, highlighting the value proposition, key assumptions, and financial benefits of the proposed solution. Prepare and synthesize standard reports (P&Ls, financial summaries) for inclusion in strategic review documents. Qualifications: In order to succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual with the following skill sets and experiences: Required: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to present data and analysis in a clear and understandable manner. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in both calculation and presentation. A proactive and curious mindset with a strong desire to understand the "why" behind the numbers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical mindset. Preferred: A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. At least 2 years of experience in a role requiring both analytical and presentation skills (e.g., financial analyst, sales operations, business analyst). An eye for data visualization. Very strong commercial mindset, high flexibility and ability to adapt Open to manage change and happy to work in a fast moving dynamic environment Fluent in Thai Great English communication skills are mandatory Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to work and engage cross-functionally Self-Discipline and ability to multi-task Positive attitude and fast-learner
