MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 or more years of relevant analytical, and/or commercial work, consulting, project management experience is required
  • Work experience in a data intensive position using Microsoft Excel
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
  • Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and track sales performance goals and attainment in goal tracking system
  • Support Route-to-Market (RTM) strategy and provide analytical support for RTM changes
  • Serve as point of contact for questions regarding sales performance models
  • Analyze effectiveness of sales goals and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and cost savings initiatives
  • Develop customer/account modeling and analysis: account segmentation, channel strategy, cost-to-serve analytics, ROI, etc.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
