We work closely with our Relationship Executives to manage a portfolio of diversified clients and assist with all of their financial requirements. As a vital part of Commercial Banking business, we serve businesses that turnover between $3M and $30M and provide debt facilities from $1M to $10M delivering on a range of financial requirements, including but not limited to cash flow, working capital and risk management. We support a diverse client base, providing an opportunity to gain exposure in a broad range of sectors. Do Work That Matters: The Analyst role is central to relationship management, you will collaborate closely with colleagues, senior leaders, and clients, offering valuable solutions. More Specifically, You Will: Assess creditworthiness, oversee applications, conduct due diligence, and model financial risk. Prioritize quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimisation. Support business bankers to align client needs, enhancing service, and strategising product offerings. Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data. Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly. We want to hear from you if you have: Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with commercial insight across diverse sectors. Adaptable, both independent and a collaborator. The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions. The ability to prioritise risk, compliance, and credit assurance. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ideally, a Business/Commerce degree with financial accounting or insolvency experience.
