Our Analysts are pivotal in relationship management, working closely with colleagues, senior leadership, and clients providing valuable solutions. The Analyst position provides the opportunity to conduct client and industry research, financial analysis, modelling and risk assessment. We're looking for inquisitive individuals with strong analytical abilities, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for customer satisfaction. More specifically, you will: Assess credit worthiness, oversee applications, conduct due diligence, and model financial risk. Prioritize quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimization. Support business bankers to align client needs, enhancing service, and strategizing product offerings. Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data. Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly. We want to hear from you if you have: Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with commercial insight across diverse sectors. Adaptable, both independent and a team player. The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions. Prioritizes risk, compliance, and credit assurance. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
