About the Role We support small to medium enterprises with up to $50 million in annual turnover and up to $30 million in commercial debt, across a diverse range of industries. Our approach is customer‑first, delivering tailored solutions including commercial term loans, cash‑flow and trade finance, transaction banking and working capital lending. Based in Chatswood, this role sits within a close‑knit team of around 20 - 25 experienced Analysts and Relationship Executives who value collaboration, coaching and knowledge‑sharing. The office is conveniently located just five minutes from Chatswood train station, surrounded by great dining, retail and transport options. What You’ll Do This is a client‑focused role with exposure to a wide range of commercial portfolios and increasingly sophisticated transactions. You’ll contribute meaningful insights that support strong client relationships and informed credit decisions. This role will see you: Preparing financial models and credit analysis to assess risk and opportunity Analysing financial and non‑financial information to produce high‑quality lending submissions Partnering closely with Relationship Executives to understand client needs Collaborating with product specialists, preparing reports and monitoring portfolio performance You’re analytical, curious and keen to grow your career in credit but you will also bring: Experience in business or commercial banking credit, including credit writing and annual reviews Strong financial acumen across balance sheets and P&L (exposure to structuring and securities is desirable) Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in deadline‑driven environments A genuine interest in credit analysis and continuous learning Qualifications in commerce, accounting or a related discipline are required.
