We are looking for Analyst Consultants with a ‘can-do’ approach and a background in natural sciences, economics, engineering, or geography to join our vibrant multi-national team within our Policy, Strategy and Economics (PSE) Practice. You will work on leading edge policy studies for a range of clients including the European Commission, national governments, international financial institutions (IFIs), trade associations and individual companies. You must have strong quantitative and qualitative research skills and an interest in continuous learning. The Role As an Analyst Consultant, you’ll: Support project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, and report writing. Work on multiple exciting projects, managing your time and contributions effectively. Collaborate with senior colleagues to provide actionable solutions for climate-focused policy, strategy, and economics challenges. Gain valuable skills in research, economic analysis, and client-facing communication. What We’re Looking For An MSc degree (or near completion) in Science, Law, Engineering, Economics, Geography or related fields. The team works across many energy and climate change disciplines, and you will demonstrate educational and/or employment experience in the field. Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data to support evidence-based solutions. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. You can simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are key). A collaborative mindset - you’re a team player who thrives in diverse, multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in English (Spanish required for roles in Madrid; other languages are a plus).
