Our ideal candidate has:

  • The ability to analyse and interpret information, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business, client focused solutions.
  • Experience mapping existing processes and designing new processes.
  • Previous experience in a Process Analyst or similar Business Analyst type role.
  • Experience implementing process change within a large or complex organisation.
  • Knowledge of cost benefit modelling techniques and methods.
  • Knowledge and experience of formal/structured business analysis tools, techniques and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar methodology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required for this dynamic environment.
  • A tertiary level qualification or recognised qualification(s) appropriate to the role.

Responsibilities:

You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders to provide expert business and process analysis.
This includes facilitating and attending workshops, mapping processes, analysing processes and data for trends, bottlenecks, and process waste, identifying process improvement and automation opportunities, and engaging with stakeholders regularly.
A result of our assessments is the ideation, prioritisation and implementation of solutions including process optimisation, design thinking, automation, and consolidation/standardisation.
