The objective of US Consumer Services Control Management Issues, Events & Remediation- Reporting and Analytics team is to focus on turning data into insight and insight into action, empowering leaders with the information they need to make smart, timely, and strategic decisions. US Consumer Services is looking for a Sr. Analyst of Issues, Events & Remediation focused on reporting and analytics responsible for designing, developing, and managing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that drive business insights and performance improvements. This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making, ensuring leadership and stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable information. The Analyst, US Consumer Services Issues, Events & Remediation will do: Reporting Development & Management Design, build, and maintain automated reports, dashboards and deck for regular business reviews. Develop insightful visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track KPIs and performance trends. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all reporting deliverables. Maintain a reporting calendar and manage ad-hoc data requests efficiently. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers. Conducting root cause analysis to address repeated operational risk issue types Deliver actionable insights to support strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency. Perform deep-dive analyses to answer business questions and guide decision-making. Data Quality & Governance Ensure data integrity and alignment with corporate governance and compliance standards. Validate and reconcile data from multiple systems and sources. Partner with technology teams to maintain robust data pipelines and resolve discrepancies. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional partners (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, 2LOD, Technology). Translate business requirements into meaningful analytics solutions. Communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences, providing recommendations for improvement. Process Automation & Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline manual reporting through automation. Recommend process enhancements to improve data accessibility and insight delivery. Contribute to the development of self-service analytics capabilities across teams. Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, SQL (Python/R a plus). Familiarity with data modeling, KPIs, and business performance frameworks. Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance mindset. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field or certifications are advantageous Preferred Experience: 1–3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles. Experience working with enterprise data systems or risk/compliance reporting (preferred). Scoping, prioritizing, and support remediation of operational issues. Experience investigating and conducting root cause analysis to address repeated operational risk issue types. Facilitating quality assurance on documentation of operational risk issues and events. Recommendation of remediation process for operational risk issues and events. Supporting the BU E2E issue and events resolution process.
