Regulatory Operations function within EC&O, supporting regulatory compliance through innovation, automation and cross-functional collaboration. The team partners closely with business areas to uplift regulatory capability, embed effective controls and support consistent, high‑quality regulatory outcomes. Your responsibilities Execute control testing in line with defined testing methodology and standards Gather, analyse and document control evidence to assess operating effectiveness Support identification of control gaps, weaknesses and improvement opportunities Maintain accurate and complete testing documentation, work papers and records in relevant systems Assist with preparation of control testing reports, dashboards and insights Contribute to continuous improvement of control testing processes, tools and templates Must have Experience in risk, compliance, audit or control‑related roles (or strong analytical background) Exposure to control testing, assurance or regulatory processes Strong attention to evidence quality, documentation and analytical reasoning Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and priorities Nice to have Exposure to control testing, audit, risk or compliance activities in a regulated environment Familiarity with evidence review, data analysis or documentation standards Experience using spreadsheets, dashboards or systems to support analysis and reporting Interest in regulatory frameworks, risk management or control effectiveness Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you’ll help us to live our values.
