Description

DESCRIPTION

Trilon Group is a private equity-backed company focused on investing in leading infrastructure consulting businesses. Trilon partners with firms who deliver smart and sustainable infrastructure solutions and helps accelerate the next chapter of their growth by investing in talent, technology, and targeted M&A. Trilon is backed by Alpine Investors, a private equity firm specializing in middle market companies in the services and software industries and with over $16 billion of lifetime committed capital. Trilon Group’s executive team brings experience spanning engineering, consulting, investment banking, and private equity.
Trilon Group is hiring an Analyst, Corporate Development to be an integral part of its investing efforts. Analysts will have responsibilities that span the entire M&A transaction process: deal origination, financial statement analysis, financial modeling and valuation, financial and operational due diligence, third-party advisor management (legal, accounting, tax, market consultants etc.), and investment thesis formation. The Analyst will typically function in a support role alongside the existing M&A team. This role is comparable to an analyst role at a private equity firm.
Analysts will have daily mentorship from the current M&A team and will report directly to Trilon’s Head of M&A. M&A Analysts are expected to develop rapidly, and successful professionals will be offered a significant amount of autonomy and upward mobility through a variety of career paths within Trilon. This position provides a rare opportunity for meaningful responsibility, growth and development for someone with one to two years of work experience.
