Description

Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to address business questions. Build and maintain dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. Apply statistical and analytical methods to identify opportunities or risks. Translate business requirements into data solutions and insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Business Partnership & Impact Assessment Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business impact, and translate needs into scalable data solutions. Data Architecture & Reporting Strategy Lead sessions to define data provisioning, modeling, and reporting capabilities. Design and optimize datasets to support actionable business recommendations. Data Delivery Leadership Partner with data engineering and platform teams to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data delivery across systems. KPI Design & BI Expertise Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals. Demonstrate deep expertise in SQL and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Data Modeling & Flow Design Architect robust data models and design efficient data flows to support analytics and reporting needs. Operational Oversight Monitor and oversee critical business processes within existing systems to ensure continuity and service reliability. Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Coordination Identify bugs, blockers, and data quality issues. Coordinate with development and operations teams to drive timely resolution.
