Job Overview
The Analyst Data and Reporting (HRIS) will provide day-to-day support for HR systems, including advanced reporting, troubleshooting and various analysis as well as resolving support issues by working directly with both internal and external customers. The incumbent will fulfill report requests for the Human Resources department and other business units. The incumbent will drive the successful delivery of accurate human capital metrics for the business and ensure data integrity for all HR systems. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data and predictive analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. The incumbent will drive the successful delivery of accurate human capital metrics for the business and ensure data integrity for all HR systems. The Analyst, Data and Reporting Analyst (HRIS) will also be responsible for documenting system processes and procedures and assist in the training of end-users.
