Description
Job Responsibilities Apply econometric, machine learning, or NLP methodologies to solve clients' business challenges. Independently complete data extraction, cleansing, modeling, and result visualization, ensuring the accuracy and interpretability of analytical outcomes. Take charge of marketing effectiveness analysis (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling), text analytics (e.g., sentiment analysis, topic modeling, clustering), and other tasks assigned by the leadership. Translate modeling results into actionable business insights, and assist clients in understanding and applying the analytical findings. Support the standardization and automation of analytical workflows. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or modeling, with proficient skills in Python for data processing and modeling. Familiarity with at least one of the following analytical areas: Market segmentation research Media ROI and campaign attribution analysis Natural Language Processing (NLP) (including text cleansing, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, etc.) Strong data sensitivity, clear logical thinking, and excellent problem-solving and learning abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills. CET-6 or above, with the ability to read English documents and reports. Preferred Qualifications Experience in advertising campaign data analysis, media ROI measurement, or market research projects. Familiarity with Bayesian modeling, LLM/NLP frameworks, or cloud-based analytical environments (e.g., AWS/GCP).
