Job Description We are looking for a Product Analyst to drive the success of our Conversational BI initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing user behavior, defining product requirements, and ensuring seamless integration of conversational interfaces with business intelligence tools. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with product strategy expertise to deliver data-driven insights and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities Analyze user interactions and data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improving Conversational BI platform. Envision and build new user journeys to enable insights consumption and actions. Build and iterate prototypes using Figma or any other tools to validate the concept and collect the feedback from the stakeholders and users. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure product performance and adoption. Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product roadmap decisions. Ensure alignment between conversational BI features and overall business objectives. Act as a Product Owner for the defined areas of responsibilities and deliverables - ensuring the timely and quality delivery of features. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) 2-5 years of experience in product management roles. Degree in Science/Engineering/MBA preferred. Experience in SaaS or BI product environments. Certifications in Business Analysis or Data Analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in interpreting complex data sets. Understanding of product lifecycle and user experience principles, with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams. Proficiency in UX/UI design using Figma, plus exposure to AI/ML concepts for conversational interfaces. Knowledge in BI tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with conversational analytics. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools. Functional understanding of GenAI, AI/ML, Deep Learning Experience in UX/UI design Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
