Overview Digital Marketing Services Reporting Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Services Reporting Specialist to join our fulfillment team. This role is responsible for creating comprehensive client-facing reports and conducting campaign analysis for all digital marketing campaigns on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client-facing reports for digital marketing campaigns across all brands and live campaigns Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities and provide feedback back to clients, sellers, and the fulfillment team Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables with accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with campaign teams to gather necessary data and metrics Maintain reporting templates and standardize processes for consistency Ensure all reports meet quality standards and client specifications Qualifications Required Qualifications: Background knowledge of digital marketing products including display ads, retargeting, email marketing, lead generation, webinars, and social media paid advertising Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with project management tools like Smartsheets and Asana Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong quality control mindset Deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously Proactive work style with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges independently Work Environment: Remote/offshore position supporting US-based digital marketing operations Collaborative team environment with regular communication and coordination Fast-paced setting with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines Core Competencies: Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal communication) Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology setup for remote work Flexibility to accommodate US business hours for key meetings and coordination Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to new tools and processes About the company At Qualfon, we are focused on delivering engaging interactions and positive experiences that leave a lasting impression.
