Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Analyst, Data & Reporting in the Research Office. Responsibilities You will be responsible to: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor research metrics at institutional, regional, and departmental levels. Collect, manage, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources, presenting actionable insights using visualization tools (Power BI). Conduct data analytics to support institutional reporting and evidence-based decision-making. Coordinate extraction and validation of publication data for reporting and dashboard integration. Prepare key institutional reports (e.g., BOT, ASAC, ROTA) and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. Provide training and support on Grants Management System reporting tools and assist researchers with grant submission portals. Serve as secretary to the Research Metrics Group and other assigned committees. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and audit-readiness of all research data and reporting systems. Requirements You should have: A Master’s degree in Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field from a recognized institution. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, research administration, reporting, or a related area. Experience managing and interpreting data from multiple databases. Mandatory proficiency in Power BI. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
