Reconnect Community Health Services is a not-for-profit health service organization in the west end of Toronto. Our services include supports for seniors, caregivers, and people living with mental health and addictions concerns. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of client-centred care in our sector.
The Decision Support Analyst supports clinical, financial, and human resources data analysis and reporting throughout the organization. This role is proficient and familiar with database functionality, common tools and approaches for quantitative and qualitative analysis, data visualization, data quality, and making data accessible and digestible to a wide range of stakeholders. Attention to detail and a collaborative approach are key skills needed for success in this role.

• Support the design and development of data reporting processes for business operations.
• Work with management, the Decision Support team, and the Director to prioritize and synthesize information needs.
• Provide processed data to team members as per their needs.
• Maintain a data repository to provide appropriate information that help in strategic planning and decision making.
• Gather and process project data, financial data and other business data as requested by management and the Director.
• Manage data integrity and accuracy of reporting systems.
• Test all upgrades and new systems for any errors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system problems in a timely fashion.
