Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Market Research Value Chain: Assist in executing market research projects from initiation to completion, including planning, design, implementation, and insight delivery. Research Design: Support the creation of research methodologies, questionnaires, and sampling frameworks tailored to project objectives. Data Collection & Management: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data gathering through primary and secondary research. Statistical Analysis & Tools: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical techniques. Utilize tools such as Excel, SPSS to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Support advanced analytics including regression, segmentation, and forecasting where applicable. Reporting & Insights: Prepare visual and written reports, and presentations to communicate key findings and business implications. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors and external agencies to ensure project alignment and smooth execution. Project Documentation: Maintain detailed project records, timelines, and deliverables for all ongoing and completed research initiatives. Project Budget Management: Track research project budgets, ensuring adherence to cost and timeline constraints. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong statistical and analytical skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis Familiar with data analysis and visualization tools (eg: SPSS, PowerPoint) (Good to have!) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in cross-functional teams Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Hands-on experience in creating surveys using google or MS forms, survey monkey etc (Good to have!) Eligibility Criteria: Preferred Educational Background: MBA in Marketing or Operations (mandatory) MBA in Marketing or Operations with a background in Statistics (good to have!) Academic Requirements: Minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th grades Graduation Year: MBA graduates of 2024 and 2025 Work Experience: Fresher or candidates with less than 1 year of work experience Availability: Immediate Joiner preferred Should be comfortable working in night shifts.
