The Role We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is excited about building AI-first products at scale. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Growth, Marketing, and Leadership, turning raw data—both structured and unstructured—into clear insights that drive acquisition efficiency, funnel optimization, and long-term user retention. What You’ll Do Analyze user acquisition quality across channels, cohorts, and geographies Build scoring frameworks to identify high-value users Track CAC, LTV, activation, and conversion metrics Optimize funnels, retention, and churn using data insights Analyze prompt and AI interaction data Build dashboards, reports, and executive presentations Who You Are 3–5 years of experience in Business / Product / Growth Analytics Strong SQL, Excel, BI tools proficiency Experience with funnels, cohorts, retention metrics Excellent stakeholder communication skills Why Join Us Work on one of the fastest-growing AI platforms High ownership and visibility role Competitive compensation and equity
