The Candidate will be required to research & resolve ADM received for Global Markets. Should have good understanding of Travel Business in order to do root cause analysis of the ADM's. The candidate should have good knowledge of various GDS displays and must be able to analyze and interpret PNR and Fare Rules Candidate will be required to follow-up with GDS & Airlines to clear pending ADM disputeE2E Travel Process knowledge Self Starter with ability to multitask
Responsibilities
The analyst is responsible for researching and resolving Agency Debit Memos (ADMs) for global markets. This includes performing root cause analysis and coordinating with GDS and airlines to clear pending disputes.
