Description

· Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines/BI Dashboards to support data integration, transformation, and workflow automation across multiple systems. · Demonstrate strong command of SQL and relational database concepts, with the ability to write optimized queries and manage large‑scale data operations. · Work extensively with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery, to design scalable data solutions and support analytical and reporting needs. · Oversee data quality checks, validation processes, and performance tuning for both on‑premise and cloud‑hosted datasets. · Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production data issues and ETL failures, ensuring minimal downtime and timely incident resolution. · Coordinate incident management activities—including root cause analysis, issue prioritization, and preventive action planning. · Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with project requirements. · Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear updates, technical explanations, and recommendations in a professional and structured manner. · Prepare technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and process overviews to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity. · Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize existing pipelines, workflows, and database processes. · Ensure adherence to best practices in version control, data governance, and security within cloud and on‑premise environments.
