You have technical college training, or any other equivalent training/experience combination.
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
You have a good understanding of building equipment.
You have very good management of time and priorities.
You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, MS project and the ERP system (Maximo desirable).
You speak French and English orally and in writing.
