  • Job-Related RequirementsGrow financial performance through analysis of revenue, inventory, production costs, forecasts, variances, and business trends.
  • Create recommendations and business insights to be presented to management and executives.
  • Conduct financial, operational, customer profitability, inventory, and market analyses to support decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, and revenue recognition practices.
  • Apply Maaden policies and ensure compliance with IFRS guidelines and internal control requirements.
  • Develop financial and analytical models to support valuation, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management.
  • Aid in capital budgeting, expenditure planning, working capital optimization, and inventory management processes.
  • Reconcile revenue, inventory, and financial transactions through cross-referencing operational and accounting data.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance functions.
  • Manage all paperwork and digital records associated with departmental procedures and activities.
  • Maintain adequate record-keeping and filing systems to support financial and operational data administration.
  • Timely recognize, analyze, and take necessary actions to address abnormal transactions, variances, and reporting issues.
