The International Inventory Integrity & Compliance Specialist serves as the vital strategic link and operational watchdog between US and Mexico corporate leadership (AE) and international Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners. Split between on-site warehouse governance (60%) and corporate financial reporting (40%), this role ensures absolute inventory accuracy, mitigates financial revenue shrinkage, and maintains strict adherence to international tax and SOX compliance. *  Department: Inventory Integrity / Finance * Location: On-Site (60%) Distribution Center; Corporate (40%) * Language Requirement: 100% Bilingual (English/Spanish) Key Responsibilities: 3PL Governance & Operations (60% On-Site Presence) * On-Site Auditing: Maintain a minimum 60% physical presence at international 3PL locations to enforce Inventory Integrity standards, audit receipt/shipping processes, and supervise cycle counts. * Discrepancy Management: Act as the primary point of contact to monitor, reconcile, and bridge physical vs. system data, tracking critical inventory and finance metrics. * Process Improvement: Identify operational root causes of variances; implement strict integrity and corrective actions to minimize financial exposure. * Cross-Functional Synergy: Direct operational communication and alignment between international 3PL provider and the US/MX-based Finance & Inventory Integrity Teams.   Finance, Tax & Legal Compliance (40% Corporate) * SOX Compliance: Coordinate the integration of international 3PL provider with internal systems while authoring and sustaining comprehensive process documentation for country-specific inventory controls. * Tax Alignment: Ensure all physical and systemic inventory movements strictly align with local regional regulations (e.g., SAT requirements and specialized industry norms). * Strategic Month-End Reconciliation: Assist month-end reconciliation efforts between marketplace sales and physical/systemic inventory to identify and eliminate revenue shrinkage or stock-outs. * Inventory Valuation & Variance Tracking: Quantify the financial impact of inventory discrepancies, managing the registration of shrinkages, write-offs, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) adjustments in the local financial ledgers. * Month-End Financial Provisions: Collaborate with the local accounting team to estimate,validate, and record monthly financial provisions for inventory obsolescence, Goods in Transit (GIT), or potential operational losses prior to month-end closing. *  Marketplace Dispute & Chargeback Management: Drive the financial reconciliation of marketplace platforms, actively identifying and disputing incorrect fees, penalties, or billing errors from third-party channels (e.g., Mercado Libre) stemming from physical stock variances   Advanced Analytics & Communication * Financial Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel and Power BI to translate highly complex inventory metrics into actionable financial reports for the Finance Controller & Inventory Integrity team. * Stakeholder Management: Seamlessly communicate inventory data, audit risks, and operational updates cross-functionally to both AE and 3PL executive leadership.   Qualifications &  Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, with a solid foundational understanding of corporate accounting principles (COGS, Assets, Auditing controls). * Experience: 1+ year(s) of dedicated experience in Inventory Control; prior experience in international production, tax compliance, retail warehouse environments, or equivalent is highly preferred. * WMS Expertise: Advanced working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and enterprise processes (e.g., PKMS, IP/AS-400, or similar 3rd Party WMS/ERP solutions). * Data Analytics: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, featuring advanced Excel capabilities and experience building reports in Power BI.         Core Competencies * Bilingual Skills: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders across multiple countries and corporate levels. * Communication: Excellent written, verbal, investigative, and follow-up communication skills. * Execution: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple overlapping assignments, and consistently meet established deadlines with sharp attention to detail.         Travel & Physical Requirements * Travel Flexibility: Must possess a valid passport and unrestricted ability to travel internationally as required. * Physical Demands: Ability to endure extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, and lifting/pushing cartons or totes within a standard warehouse environment.
